Is this a diagnosis?

No. It is screening. It tells you when something looks wrong and how sure it is. A licensed vet diagnoses, and a laboratory confirms. We are careful about that line because your birds depend on it.

What if it gets it wrong?

Two protections. It tells you when it is unsure instead of guessing, and anything serious is pushed to a licensed vet before you act. Think smoke alarm, not fire brigade.

Are you replacing vets?

The opposite. Most small farms never see one. We find the cases that need a vet and put you in front of one the same day, and we pay the vet for the review.

Do I need a smartphone and data?

You need enough signal to send one photo on WhatsApp. No app to install, no big download.

Who sees my farm's information?

You, and any vet you ask for. We never share anything that identifies your farm. We use the photos to make the system better, and that will be written into the terms in plain language.

What will it cost?

There will be a level that is free and genuinely useful, and paid plans for farmers who want depth and a vet. We are still setting the exact figures, which is part of what the questions above are for.
